For more than a century, the York Regional Forest that you are familiar with and enjoy has thrived. York Region has planned a year-long celebration full of events and activities for people of all ages and backgrounds to honour this centenary occasion.
You are cordially invited to participate in the celebrations all year long as we respect the magnificence of nature, commemorate a legacy of conservation, and reaffirm our joint commitment to protecting the Forest for future generations!
There is something for everyone to enjoy, free of charge, with a variety of activities including guided walks, photo contests, exhibits, and Family Day festivities.
